A marble table that explores historical continuity in the urban fabric. The name comes from groviglio, a tangle: the section of the legs recalls the plan of buildings whose walls have been modelled over time by those beside them.

Grovio is a marble table that explores historical continuity in the urban fabric: different eras standing side by side, reshaping one another and finally interweaving into a single structure. The name comes from the Italian groviglio, a tangle, and the legs are its cast — their section recalls the plan of buildings whose walls have been modelled over time by the ones beside them.
The fluted canaletto walnut bases repeat the vertical rhythm of architectural façades; a brass plinth marks where they meet the floor. The rectangular top, with soft rounded corners, lets the natural figuring of the stone speak.
